What is your return policy?

Help – My item arrived damaged. What next?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us with a photo of the damaged merchandise at In order to be eligible for a return, you must notify us of the damage within 24 Hours  of receiving the order. Please contact our Customer Experience team at call us at 7760693333 with your Order/bill number details to request return.


  • Valid only for Mattress Factory products purchased online through for standard sizes and thickness only.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with guarantee card & any other tags attached to the product.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
In case the defect is found genuine, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, after deducting the transaction charges, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) .. You will receive the credit within a certain amount within 15 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. As you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
You have to ensure that the returned product reaches us in good condition. Any cost incurred towards the transit damages will be debited to you.
Timelines for refund & Amount will be refunded via same source.


If customer paid twice for one product then the refund should be for one transaction.


Once a payment has been made no cancellation will be entertain.

Contact our Customer Experience team within 24 Hours  of receiving your item. They’ll provide you with all necessary details for sending the incorrect item back. They’ll also help make sure the correct item is shipped out ASAP.

What are the conditions for returns eligibility?

Product condition: The items being returned need to be unused and in perfect condition. You must make sure the products under return are not tampered with or used. The item should not be broken or damaged. All the products must be in their original packing and outer boxes. Damages due to misuse of product are not covered under the policy.

Note : Return transport charges will be applicable and should be borne by customer.
